Short consulting assignments for different small businesses and organisations
- Kihlbergsgårdens Café & Bistro, planning and setting up IT environment and support with Business Analysis of sales and marketing. (ended Sept 2021)
- Rådhuscaféet i Skövde, IT support by replacing complete network environment and assisting with Social Media marketing.
- Kvinnohusföreningen i Skaraborg (Kvinnohuset Tranan), IT consulting by planning and replacing complete network environment and supporting with long-term and cost effective IT solutions as a Business Analyst, as well as general IT support matters.
Consulting assignment – H&M
System Owner, Business Analyst & Project Lead
In the role as System Owner for a new online platform, within Finance & Payments department, the work was to ensure the development and improvement of the new online platform from a finance business perspective. Included work with reporting and following up incidents and problems.
In the role as Business Analyst in combination of being Business Expert for the new online platform the work consisted of capturing the needs and demands from stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners and other key stakeholders to provide solutions.
Acting Project Leader for the transition of markets from old online platform to new online platform from a Finance Payments perspective. Included securing the business requirements were captured and documented as user stories and followed up during testing. Worked in close cooperation with key stakeholders as well as external suppliers.
During the assignment several markets were transitioned with success.
Consulting assignment – Nova Software AB
Developing a process for documentation and handling of documents. Included analysis of current situation for the IT operations department as well as creating proposal for process, working methods and structure on the decided new solution Microsoft Sharepoint.
An initial support was given by migrating existing documents from previous sources to the new solution.

Sub Process Manager
Work included development, implementation, training and support of the Event Management process within ITIL, as well as leading a global team function with employees from different countries. Financial responsibility of budgeting and follow up.
The work required very good communication skills in both writing and speaking English and social skills to work with individuals from technology teams to managerial positions.
Business Solution Leader
The role involved ownership and administrative responsibility of applications within BSM (Business Service Management).
The tasks and responsibilities consisted of prioritizing, developing and improving according to requirements from the business. The role required the ability to understand and analyze needs from end users and businesses as well to translate and communicate the needs of technology groups and development groups to develop solutions.

The work included follow-up of process activities within the business for a designated area of responsibility, as well as support and training for relevant global teams and functions. The work required a drive and the ability to lead and implement change.

The work involved being responsible for the operation and monitoring of central and de-central systems and infrastructure. Prioritize alerts and immediately restore to normal operating situation.
